Maxwell (born in Brooklyn, New York on May 23, 1973) is an American R&B artist. He played an important role in the development of the soul sub-genre, neo-soul.[2].

Upcoming albums
On his myspace page, Maxwell describes his current project, BLACKsummers'night, as the first installment in a trilogy of albums to be released over three years beginning July 7, 2009. The second installment, blackSUMMERS'night is scheduled for release in 2010 and the third installment, blacksummers'NIGHT, for 2011.

On his 2008 fall tour, he has played tracks from the upcoming albums including, "Pretty Wings", "Bad Habits", "Never Do W/Out You", "Help Somebody", and "Cold".

Cobra Starship
Cobra Starship is an American band created by former Midtown bassist/lead vocalist Gabe Saporta, who continues his role as a vocalist for the band. Other members consist of guitarist Ryland Blackinton, bassist Alex Suarez, Nate Novarro on drums and Victoria Asher on keytar, all of whom provide backing vocals.

Hot Mess (2009-present)
Following the success of Katy Perry's "I Kissed a Girl", Cobra Starship recorded their own cover version, "I Kissed a Boy," in summer 2008. The song was released on August 25, 2008 on Fall Out Boy's Citizens For Our Betterment mixtape Welcome To The New Administration. Cobra Starship is one of 9 artists who participated in thetruth.com’s Remix Project, where they remixed the Sunny Side song "Magical Amount".

Cobra Starship also began the "Believers Never Die (Part Deux)" tour in the beginning of April, opening for Fall Out Boy, with other bands All Time Low, Metro Station and Hey Monday. They also performed a few shows in the UK at the end of May 2009, supported by Sing It Loud, Cash Cash and UK Band Mimi Soya.

In 2009, the band went to a cabin in Pennsylvania, attempting to lay down some tracks. They broadcasted live throughout their stay on the live camera feed site Stickam, thus creating the Shelf Kids club. After their stay, a new album was announced for a tentative release in the summer. The band has worked with Kara DioGuardi, Kevin Rudolf, KarateE! Mouse, S*A*M, Sluggo and song-writers Benny Blanco and Patrick Stump.[3] Gossip Girl star Leighton Meester is featured on the song "Good Girls Go Bad", produced by Kevin Rudolf and co-written by Rudolf and Kara DioGuardi.[4] The song is the album's first confirmed single, added on iTunes on May 11th and available to listen to on the band's official MySpace. Other songs include "Pete Wentz Is The Only Reason We're Famous", which has been released on their YouTube channel[5] and MySpace page. On May 8th, the album title was confirmed as "Hot Mess", with a release date of August 11.

The band will go on tour to promote the new album starting August 3. The tour, called [1] Hot Mess Across The US Tour, has 21 stops and features guests like Friday Night Boys and DJ Skeet Skeet. After Plasticines dropped off the tour, Cobra Starship listed a number of bands for the fans to vote for online in a blog, The Audition won. [6] On their official video podcast (CobraCam.tv), the band released humorous tentative titles for the album (which parodies several other notable albums) "Griller", "Tha Ryland III", and variations of their ¡Viva La Cobra! album.

They made one stop on the Warped Tour this year, playing in Salt Lake City on August 8, 2009. In Fall 2009, they are signed on to Boys Like Girls' "Love Drunk Tour" along with The Maine (band) and A Rocket to the Moon.

Only by the Night is the fourth studio album by American rock band Kings of Leon, released worldwide in September 2008. Writing for the band's fourth album commenced just days after the release of their third, Because of the Times. Only by the Night experienced remarkable commercial success, peaking inside the top 10 of over 10 different countries. Despite a wave of criticism asserting that Kings of Leon's fourth full-length is "too commercial," Only by the Night may be the closest thing to a pitch-perfect album to drop in 2008. Morning Musume - Nanchatte Renai [Relesed August 12, 2009]

All of the covers were released on the official H!P page today. I’m really glad I ordered Limited A and the 40th edition, simply because they look so different and they both have different B-sides. The Limited B edition does look really different, but the title is exactly the same as the 40th edition.

The Limited A somewhat reminds me of Onna ni Sachi Are or Kanashimi Twilight for some reason, but I’m glad it is different from the Regular edition with a softer background.

The 40th commemorative edition looks really different from the others because of the white background and the yellow logo in the right corner, and because the girls take up most of the cover in a group close-up (this by far is my favorite cover out of the 4).

A bigger regular version cover of Morning Musume’s latest single title Nanchatte Renai has also been released as well.

From what I can see I like the cover, the black, red and white really combine. Kusumi is in the center, and Takahashi looks really short for some reason, but her pose somewhat combines with Kamei’s and Sayu’s.

I really like the red and white background, since it contrasts with the black and white costumes the girls are wearing (H!P has something for little hats lately for some reason). The font used for the title is ther same they used for Berryz Koubou’s Dakishimete Dakishimete for some reason, but it does make the cover look unique.

I’ll update the post with bigger covers once they are released.

The single is set for release on 8/5 in four versions: Regular, Limited A, Limited B, and 40th Anniversary (which will include a different B-side).

Wang Lee Hom specially covered Michael Jackson’s Man in the Mirror to pay tribute to his idol. Jackie Chan turns up surprisingly and kissed Wang Lee Hom on behalf of all the fans. Wang Lee Hom knows not to laugh or cry.

After the concert started, Wang Lee Hom appealed to all audiences to pray for the victims of Taiwan, presenting a heartwarming atmosphere. In the midst of the concert, Wang Lee Hom said, “It’s like a huge party tonight. To be with all of you, I am extremely happy, courageous, and safe.” With that, Wang Lee Hom took up his guitar and started singing An Quan Gan (Sense of Security?). Following up were Crying Palms and If You Heard My Song etc, continuously stirring fans to sing along. After a rock-based new song, Dirty Love, Wang Lee Hom shouted, “I am now stimulated. Jackie Chan specially rushed to his concert, and his appearance stimulated cheers from the audience.
